The Main Features:
This system is suitable for the automatic production line of biscuits filling ,distributing and packing.
The system adopts the central integrated bus control system ,,which can automatically adjust production capacity according to the speed and feeding biscuits quantity.
This system is composed of 3 systems: biscuits feeding system, distributing system, and packaging system.
Heavy equipment framework and low inertia design makes the machine running stable and efficiently and low noise.
Multistage frequency transmission arrangement, servo feeding, motion controller, photoelectric tracking and central PLC machine’s drive control system, which can automatically adjust the packaging running speed. All biscuits automatically get into the packaging machine orderly, smoothly and intact,achieving unmanned feeding and packing.
The On-line automatic elimination function make sure the continuity and stability of feeding and packaging.
The food grade PU belt is easily and rapidly to install or move and clear.
The machine have safety precaution system, and emergency stop function, and warning lights.
