Job Description


- Perform direct sales & marketing activities


- Develop new business activities


- Spearhead and coordinate events for Trade Shows, Exhibitions and Seminars


- Generate of sales quotation, program review, cost review and related sales taskes


- Key Account Management Activities


Knowledge, Skills, Competencies Required (if applicable)


- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering


- Proficient in using engineering software (eg; Solidworks, AutoCAD and etc)


- Basic understanding in manufacturing concepts (eg; Precision Machining, Thermal Spray, Heat Treatment, Water-Jet Cutting, Laser-Cutting, Welding and etc)


- Basic understanding in quality systems (eg; ISO9001, ISO14000, ISO18000, AS9100, NADCAP, and etc)


- Able to perform project cost evaluation


- Must be a team player and self-driven


- Pro-active in handling people\\\'s relationship

Assistant Sales/ Marketing Manager

Job Description


Lead a team of Sales Engineers focusing on Aerospace, Manufacturing or Oil & Gas Sectors


- Responsible for team business targets - Train and coach team members to be effective in meeting the goals


- Oversee key customers’ accounts management and cultivate good relationships with customers


- Follow up on quotations submitted by sales team


- Provide management reports and conduct contract reviews


- Develop new sales accounts or businesses through identifying prospective customers


- Engage markets, perform marketing studies and propose new capabilities to serve identified markets


- Support overseas marketing efforts and manage partners, agents and alliances for assigned projects


- Conduct market research to support product development, develop new product/ market strategies and identify target markets


Knowledge, Skills, Competencies Required (if applicable)


- Degree in Engineering or Business Management


- At least 5 years’ sales experience including 3 years’ experience in inspection or testing, certification & calibration


- Those with good network in Aerospace, Manufacturing & Services or Oil & Gas industries will have an added advantage


- Experience in managing a team and good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills


- Possess sharp business acumen, customer-centric and result-oriente
